The Source of Truth.

Every firm runs on a source of truth — one authoritative standard for what is real, verified, and on the record. Guard it and the house holds. Lose it and everything downstream is a guess.

You can delegate operations. You cannot delegate the thesis. Others can run the day, and run it well — but if the doctrine isn’t internalized, it isn’t theirs to carry yet. When that gap shows, the answer is not to look away. It is to re-engage and re-anchor the standard.

And the standard does not bend: results are backed by receipts. Proof. Verifiable work. Anything else — polished, confident, unbacked — is counterfeit, and counterfeit does not pass here. Proof over pedigree is not only how you earn a seat at the table. It is how you keep it.

Accountability points inward before it points out. The test we hold the old world to, we hold ourselves to first. That is what a source of truth is for.
