Unfinished Business.

From an undisclosed location in Europe: unfinished business.

Back home in Florida, the work has been to get PUMP Media & Culture™ up and running. The powers that be have tried to stop it. It launches anyway.

PUMP™ stands for the thesis: New World Lawyering, and New World everything. Not replacing the legal system — rebuilding what the practice of law runs on. It doesn’t matter what school you went to. It doesn’t matter what family you came from. What matters is what you have done — for people, for your team, for society. Those are your proofs. Those are your receipts.

The old world runs on three things. Inherited position — my father made partner, so I will. Inherited perception — I’m close to the right people, so respect me. Inherited pedigree — I went to the right school, so I’m right. Notice what none of that has discussed: the merits.

This can’t be stopped. Movements like this can’t be stopped. And fine attorneys are already part of it.
